How do you ship my purchase?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Shipments are usually processed within 24 hours of purchase.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders! Save money for that new carbon water bottle cage.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We ship from our offices in Minneapolis, MN.
How will my order be packaged?
The Sound Probiotics branded packaging is a sturdy poly-mailer with the bottles in their own bubble wrap to protect your order as it makes its way to you.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee your happiness with our probiotics. If you are not completely happy with our probiotics, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to make you happy.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. We are happy to have recently added shipping options to our friends in Canada! For Canadian orders of 1-5 bottles, shipping is $20, 6-10 bottles is $12, and orders of 11 or more shipping is free! Uncle Sam, doesn't make this easy for us, but we tried to make the shipping prices as fair as we could. Our suggestion – go in on an order with friends and make it cheaper for everyone!
What if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn't reached you within 7 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case! After that, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with a tracking number.
I have a tracking number, but it is not working.
When an order is shipped using a trackable service, tracking information for deliveries will generally be available within 1-2 days, however sometimes it may take a shipping partner a little longer.
Can I give Sound Probiotics as a gift?
Absolutely! The 'billing' address must be your own, however you can choose a different 'delivery' address. We don't include any invoices or payment information in the packages, but elements of the packaging may reveal the goodies inside. Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it's also a good idea to use your own email address, to keep your secret.
Oops, I put in the wrong address. Can I change it?
Sound Probiotics packages each product especially for you once you place an order. We know you are excited about receiving your package of goodies, so we start the shipping process as soon as we can – This means that we are not able to cancel, make any changes or add to your order once you have submitted it. If you placed your order 5 seconds ago, please contact us at info@soundprobiotics as we may be able to make a correction prior to shipment.
